Recreational Soccer Overview
The NPSC United Recreational Soccer Programs aim to promote child and community wellness by offering recreational and competitive sports opportunities in the Northern Piedmont area. These programs, available for boys and girls, feature age-appropriate curricula that foster a positive soccer environment. Volunteer coaches lead teams from U6 and older, running weekly practices at Athey Sports Complex, typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. In-house games are held Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm, while NPSC NCSL-R games occur on Saturday and/or Sunday. Programs run twice a year: Spring (March to May) and Fall (August to November). The NPSC mission focuses on promoting healthy living through sports and community engagement.
Travel Soccer Overview
Northern Piedmont Sports Club is committed to identifying and developing players that exhibit the motivation and potential for higher levels of play. Our primary focus is for the youth player to be continuously improving, both technically and tactically while strengthening their attitude and hard work ethic. We strive to achieve this through carefully selecting licensed coaches and the continuous development of ideas and curriculum that will improve our players, coaches and teams. NPSC United Travel teams compete in EDP, NCSL, Presidents cup, and State Cup.
