Flag Football Divisions:
Instructional 4-5
Rookie 6-7
PeeWee 8-9
Junior 10-11
Senior 12-13
Super Senior 14-16

The player's age is determined by January 1 (Spring) of the current season or June 1 (Fall).

Player who would like to play up must complete a Play Up Request form. The form must be filled out and emailed back to [email protected]. No player can move down. The Play Up Request form can be found here.
